So very late about doing this-- but hello! My name is Audrey, and I bring you, Captain Homer Jackson: yankee, snake oil sawbones, card-fixer, whoremonger, and a surprisingly brilliant doctor under all that stupid!

 

He's from Ripper Street, a Victorian-era crime procedural, set a couple months after the Ripper murders. He's Inspector Reid's pet loud-mouth American, and serves as his surgeon, crime scene analyst, and chemist all-in-one.

I've transposed him to modern day, but you'll still find Jackson working for the police in Whitechapel. By day, he's a forensic pathologist. After hours, he's a witch, who splits his time between getting drunk and sleeping around, coming up with quick schemes to get money, and hiding from his vampire enemies in America.

Hey guys! I just wanted to apologise for my recent slowness and let everyone I'm tagging with know that thanks to work piling up with a couple of other things, I'm going to be tagging only sporadically until next week! By next Tuesday things should have stopped kicking my ass, but until then I'm going to be back and forth. Mostly forth. Or would it be back. I don't know.

That said, if people have threads they want to progress quickly for plot or characters or WHATEVER I am absolutely up for pushing those ahead.
