+1 redbright witch!!

HELLO THERE undergrounds!!

This is Teresa here, aka Faolan (reticence) and Jean-Claude (baisant) bringing you another character, partially because I just couldn't get the idea of it out of my head.

His name is Thomas Nightingale, and he's a witch in the Redbright Faction, where he works at the Institute as both professor and member of the Outreach Team. He's polite, powerful, and has this air about him both with the way he talks and the way he dresses that makes him seem as though he's stepped out of time from an old film to the modern day. This is probably due to the fact that he rather is out of his time. Or rather, Nightingale was born at the turn of the century. Lived a successful magical life, wherein he helped found the Redbright Institute's Outreach Team. Eventually going on to retire in his 70's. At which point, for reasons unknown to him at the moment, he began to age backwards.

Given that was nearly 40 years ago, and Nightingale was nearly 80 at the time, physically he's in his early 40's now. But mentally he's a mortal who is going on 120. So he's rather the type to iron his trousers and polish his shoes on his day off, if you know what I mean. (Or rather, make sure that Molly does it for him.)

Those characters who have been involved with the Redbright Institute for some time now might know him, and might know of his history and his unusual aging problem. For the most part however he keeps rather quiet about it.

I will be putting up a new post with him shortly, but I would love to plan new CR and old CR with you guys in the meanwhile! C: HIT ME UP, let me know if there's a reason your character might have interacted with him at any point and let's talk details! Especially those who might have known him in years gone by, I would love to plan things out with you guys as well!
