paenumbraHi everyone! I'm Cath and I'm bringing with me an OC named Matt Jones.
Matt is 18 and comes to London from Philadelphia, PA, USA. He's new in town and looking to make lots of friends. He's a Meta-Human with Mind Control/Persuasion powers. For the most part it's passive, meaning he's very charismatic and attractive to others and he can get most people to follow his lead. For example, he's been able to be served in bars since he was fifteen. He's that good.
He's a fun, easy-going guy with a lot of spare time on his hands. He's currently a student at Redbright Institute but don't expect to find someone serious about academics. Matt is more likely to preoccupy himself with odd jobs, preferring not to tie himself down for too long.
