CR Planning: June 2015

Welcome to the Underground! Newbies, we're very excited to have you! This post is both a CR meme and a general update about what's happening in the game, so please do read and feel free to ask any questions.

You can use this post to:

• Discuss your character's background history with other players and make changes where needed.
• Work out shared history with canonmates and build in cross-canon CR.
• Say what kind of CR you're looking for and reply to others to offer CR.
• Say hi to the members of your faction and discuss your in-game strategy.
• Think about what territories you might want to make a claim on.

Newbies, are you wondering how to get started? The plotting post for June is still live, and there's room to jump in! Here are some plots in the works that are open to join:

Vampire & hunter shenanigans
• The Bloody Countess (20th June, Heiji Hattori)

Fae shenanigans
• Litha Feast: aka kidnapped by the Seelie (21st June, Heiji Hattori)
• Missing teens: aka who got kidnapped by the Seelie (in-progress, Pel Lavellan)

Witchy shenanigans
• Forming a Circle Midnight coven (25th June, Abigail Widdowson)
• Throwing a Midnight party at Geap Manor (1st July, Abigail Widdowson)

There will also be some new game information to be added this month: the Elites, a list of the most influential characters in each faction. These will be exclusively made up of level 4 or 5 ranking characters, and therefore to start off this page will be populated by NPCs. The twist? They'll be made up by you, so that you can put a name and a face to your faction leaders. Look out for an OOC post on that soon.

THE RUNDOWN
     ➧info
     Grimmjow has spent his life gallivanting around the globe, killing people, hunting things, the family business hunting supernatural bounties and generally leaving a trail of dead bodies behind him. And one time, he's pretty sure he ate one of them, but that's neither nor there. He keeps telling himself that London is just a pit-stop in his long line of country-hopping, but with all the supernatural activity here, he keeps finding reasons to stay.

Aggressive, snarky, and always looking for a good time, if you need someone to kill indiscriminately or to jump in the middle of a fight, he's your guy.

AND ON THIS MONTH'S EPISODE...
     ➧Grimm just got here to London (just got here = 6 months ago), but he's probably swung by before when he was younger. If you've heard of a supernatural bounty hunter with a preference for bringing their marks back dead, that was probably him (or his mom). He's basically still getting his footing, making contacts, and things like that. And, of course, always looking for trouble.

NEXT TIME--!
     ★CR ideas
          ➧more hillingdon interactions! grimmjow's whole posse was just killed two years ago and he kinda liked having a crew.
          ➧other shifters or even werewolves! grimmjow would honestly make the change permanent if he didn't like alcohol so much and he were a less rare animal. he also seems to be able to get along with werewolves, despite their whole rigid pack attitude and the dog smell.
          ➧do you also like to get in trouble? lET'S FUCK EVERYTHING UP
          ➧vampires need not apply. unless you want some neg CR, in which case BRING IT ON!! grimmjow hates vamps and not even because they did something to him personally. it's more like he thinks they're all egomaniac assholes and he'd rather see them as smear underneath his boot.

     ★Character planning
          ➧basically, i'd like grimmjow to eventually establish himself as muscle for hire. he's not into the political climate NOW, but if he ends up liking the clan, he'll become more and more loyal to them only. otherwise, he'd be completely up for helping whichever side pays him most. vamps will get an asshole fee tacked onto his original asking price uvu
          ➧i'd like to also try to get into the royal vampire plot, but since it's like a week away, MAYBE IVE COME IN TOO LATE???
          ➧that's all i got for now..............

Jen likes having a good time and is also a werewolf! Meet up in a bar and somehow end up fighting vampire minions of the Countess in town together? She can maybe pull some of her connections and get him a reward for "protecting the local population" or something laughs.

You are definitely not too late for the vampire plot! Was there something in particular you were interested in? The minion fight is a s free for all, so no need to even sign up if you don't feel like it!

I WANT A BAR FIGHT or maybe future two-man hunt that devolves into property damage and swearing and etc. Or p.much anything that starts normal before devolving into into mayhem because lbr it's going to devolve into mayhem at some point.
