+1 cat shifter with issues

My name's Rowan and I'm here, brand new, with Mako Mori (Pacific Rim) as a cat shifter who's kinda got a problem. She needs a faery to remove another's charm so she can actually become the cat shifter she's destined to be. So far she's spent five years getting either denied or disappointed by fae (looking at you, French faery and a year's worth of menial tasks for a scrap of info). Now back in London earlier than she might have been due to her father's illness, she's got one last shot: Hillingdon.
