Plotting post: Use of vampire blood as a cure

A doctor is using vampire blood to heal patients. However, their methods for obtaining the blood are a little on the violent side.

So, essentially, Henry is going to be sizing up his medical competition during spring break, since he is looking to open up a new practice with this new life. After all, his time with Jo taught him to forgive himself a little, and he's renewed his faith in his ability to keep his oath. Therefore, it's time to start being a physician again.

Rumours are going to reach him about a clinic that seems to be having miraculous results.

So, he's going to start investigating.

I'm looking for people who'd get involved in the investigation (possible people who want the miracle drug for their own use? vampires who are wondering where others have gone, since the doctor is harming vampires for the drug? someone who otherwise finds a reason to help?) and want to help Henry find out what's going on... and help when things get physically dangerous, as they will.

Hope it isn't too late to jump into this!

I could see this plot coming under Jackson's radar via two ways:

1) Blood-drained vampires popping up in his dead room, which is definitely unusual since vampires usually do the draining.

2) Could the blood be potentially dangerous? If humans overdosing on the cure, or having an allergic reaction to it, he may encounter their dead bodies?

I'm not sure how Jackson would come into contact with Henry though. Hmm, he's a teacher at Redbright, right?
