Howdy all, I'm Takhys (bootknife) and I am bringing you a perfectly harmless and slightly cursed witch. She's somewhat newly arrived in town and only just settling, but I'd love to have a bit of handwaved CR before flinging her about willy-nilly. Perhaps she has a letter of introduction? Perhaps she knows a guy that knows a guy?

While she's lumped in with Circle Midnight, she's not exactly a banner waving fan of everything they stand for (...yet?). I've set her up as a fleshcrafter and healer that prefers to work with the (un)dead, so if you're playing a vampire, that's a pretty good way to wrangle some interaction.

Other than that, I'm mostly harmless and tend to blather on plurk a good deal about books, food, and local politics. I'm always happy to have more friends there.

Heyyyy welcome! I'm Shea, and I have Annie from The Hunger Games as a hunter, and Nancy from Oliver Twist as one of your Midnight sisters. Nancy actually is one of the founding members of Shadow Coven, like you do.

I'm all for hand-woven CR, though you're more likely to get it with Nance- Annie can't stand witches, as it were. Tell me more about Njoki and we can figure something out!

Keen! Njoki mostly works in a West African tradition and really specializes in fleshcrafting - she's getting pretty good at putting people together (and theoretically taking them apart if needs be). It's not glamourous and while she says that it's morally neutral, that's not the most common opinion.

She's cursed and can be forced to turn into a big ol' hyena creature, but that doesn't really bother her too much. It's something she'd be happy to learn more about, but she's not going out of her way to research it.

A good way to sort out some CR is that she's got a good sense of curiosity. Ki really does want to learn more about the local styles of magic. They might not be how she generally works things, but it's good to know and she might adapt bits and pieces of it.

Oh man that's so awesome! Nancy's born and raised in London, taken care of by a fae. So all of her magic is verily English. I'm sure she's heard something about a new fleshcrafter in town, given that she lives her life in the underworld like it's no big thing. So that could work.

HELLO AND WELCOME here's another Inception-er who may have a little too much invested in Circle Midnight. Arthur's a Hillingdon hunter but he throws his lot in with any anti-Redbright sentiments whenever it's feasible. Until about a year and a half ago he would have been traveling with a witch and his wife who are totally not Cobb and Mal doing supernatural research and recon, so if you want to have some premade CR we can draw on that if you like! He's always looking for connections anyway!

I also play Finnick from THG who's a Seelie fae and would have a very hard time having any CR with a witch but I'll throw him at them anyway just for fun.

And, sure, I'd love a bit of info there. Until recently, Ki was living up north and might be a bit more well-known up there. She tends to dabble in a small, messy little subfield of magic and is very open about what she does. (It's hard to be a good healer-type person if you keep hidden and turn everyone away.)
