DON'T PITY HIM HE'S THE GREATEST WITCH OF THIS AGE!!
How d'you want to handle it? Would she seek him out? Just b/c Norrell isn't the 'hang around in public talking to people' type, so it might need carefully arranging so they'd be in the same place.
