CR Planning: September 2015

Here is your CR planning post for September! Welcome, welcome. Please feel free to ask any questions about what's happening in the game, whether you're just jumping in or you're a veteran player.

You can use this post to:

• Think about what territories you might want to make a claim on.

The plotting post for September is still live! There's time left to claim a plot if you'd like. For those of you thinking about future territory claims, note that Croydon has already been won by the Seelie/Unseelie Court this month, Haringey is now under Redbright rule, and the vampires are plotting to take over Greenwich. The territory map will be updated to reflect these developments in time for the October plotting post.

Arthur | Hillingdon Hunter

So I've been completely thrown off the past month and haven't been terribly active, but I'm definitely looking to get Arthur here more involved in October and going forward!

Arthur is a human hunter associated with the Hillingdon clan. He's been in London just over a year, and before that he worked as sort of a personal bodyguard for an American witch traveling all over Europe. Before that he was in a special ops division of the US military which aimed to keep the country safe from vampire attacks, so he's very well trained in the art of subduing and killing vampires. He has a great deal of knowledge about the supernatural and feels culturally close with witches, but he's very wary of the Night Council and its general attitudes toward the supernatural world. He plays things very close to the chest, but he's always willing to trade information if he thinks it won't put himself at risk, and he'd like to get himself a little bit closer the political movers and shakers of the supernatural world so he can have his finger on the pulse of big changes and maybe pull a few strings here and there.

Overall his interests are:

• Seeing the vampires lose political power
• Preventing Circle Daybreak from taking over the city (possibly by empowering other factions against them)
• Make connections within Hillingdon in case the faction needs to mobilize
• Make connections with people in other factions to trade information, influence decisions, etc.
• Preferably do all of this without painting a target on his own back

Short-term he is still looking for connections with people who can provide information, potentially in exchange for information or for his services, which can be summed up as either protection or hunting. He's a reasonable person, but he won't give away anything for free unless he trusts someone not to misuse it.
