+1 Very Dutiful Werewolf
Hey guys!
This intro post is coming a good deal late because I was afk being a dirty hippy at a several day long music festival! c: I'm Snow, and I'm bringing in this fella, Tal Kennard. Long story short, he's a werewolf who was sent down by a northwestern English pack to act as an armsman for a local Seelie fae in need of additional muscle/protection.
I'd LOVE some CR! In fact, I've even got some great thoughts--
SEELIE
Could you be the fae lord/lady he was pledged to? Currently the spot's rather handwaved as an NPC, but I'd love to see a PC to fill it! He'd also be VERY ADAMANT about guarding any and all Seelie fae about their daily lives, and could (at your discretion) easily simply be called upon to pop up where needed to help your character out of a bind!
WEREWOLVES
His own pack was very big on accepting their curse, and he greatly disdains werewolves who don't! So his relationship with other werewolves is likely to be strained, perhaps even antagonistic! He's not very tactful, and calls it like he sees it. That said, he's likely to tuck tail around alpha types! He's a natural follower.
VAMPIRES
He's got a hair trigger switch. You a vamp? If he can scent you, he's coming for you. Fuck the police!
WITCHES
He may seek out a witch to help him manage his curse from time to time, especially now that there's no giant wilderness area to run off to! But... he's been raised half in the fae world, and to those who have had a traditional upbringing, he's likely to rub off as Quite Odd.
OTHER
Lay it on me! I love good ideas! He'd fight hunters, naturally, pick fights like any half-civilised lads (he rather looks a bit like a scruffy thug), and just generally be odd at you. Get past his guard mode and he can rub off rather like a happy kid brother. Try to teach him about upworlder human things! Have a mate to do some drugs with! Or someone to pick a fight with! You name it, we can work it out~

I think they could probably have some good awkward CR? For one thing, Tal is a wolf, which Heiji's not quite used to, and he's also not used to being guarded in any way. Also what's up with this idea of a wolf who pledges himself to fae, that's super weird...

As for being a wolf who pledges himself to fae; Tal's from a pack on the northwestern coast who brokered some deals with fae in antiquity to preserve and hide their full moon hunting grounds! So, Tal grew up in his pack knowing what he was, a part of a community of wolves who'd accepted their curse and weren't at all ruffled by it, and serve the local Seelie! Since his hometown's pretty small, too many adult werewolves would start getting a little Suspicious to the mortals, so! Promising young adults get shuttled off to fulfill the pack's larger debt in a network of liege-lords and armsmen/women.

But yeah, it'll be interesting too to see how he gets along with the other wolves in game...
Edit: Oh! I forgot to mention. If Tal would be at the fae strategy meeting, feel free to put him there. I hadn't realized there would be non-fae Court members, so I'll go in and change that if I can.

Also, something interesting, CR wise. A nice, clash between the two of them over Danil's denial of his nature, and wanting to cling to his humanity. Because Tal would one, be pissed at him, I'm sure, and two tell him how fucking stupid he's being. They could involve Alla in said debate.

The big question I have for you (which may have been answered in your app but it is 7:15am and I am on mobile so I didn't check oops) is how Tal treats humans? Mainly, does he kill/maim/eat them for no reason/werewolf reasons? FAOLAN WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS. If not, or possibly even if so, they both do not like vamps and are hunter/were opposite sides so they could have some beautiful negative and positive at the same time complicated cr together WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS

So. You can assume he's killed at least one person so far in London.
That said, it's never out of sheer aggression, and always done as an aspect of his duty: guarding the gateways to the Other World and keeping Seelie fae safe from humans who might hurt them, intentionally or unwittingly. CR that's negative right off the bat could EASILY become morally complicated, especially if it becomes clear to Faolan that by modern standards Tal is quite uneducated, and is functionally more like a late Edwardian gent than a 20th century fellow; and all those rules of honour and duty apply.

Lance is a meta human (Circle Daybreak now) but he was raised in the Seelie court for 5 years! He probably smells like fae or somesuch c: You could know him, if you like! Or else stalk him in confusion trying to work out what he even is

Oh my GOSH. Would you mind if he had a very confused and ineffectual stalker? Tal accidentally addresses him as milord, has to have things cleared up.
