not necessarily a war but certainly a rise in tensions! the vampires and the werewolves have certainly not been friends, and katherine for that matter has had a particularly anti-vamp approach to her leadership. jc on the other hand has had a generally pacifistic attitude up until this point, especially since he was the one coming on post raymond's murder spree.

i'm just saying personally i think there should be some larger consequences to the action beyond johanna herself, you know? it makes for a more interesting story for everyone that way i think, especially since it is a faction v faction game
