I like the idea of having someone else take over Enfield (and you know, not for any biased reasons obviously). It would be great to see East End take it over. From an ic standpoint, Connor's pretty angry with both the witches who are being awful to Midnight and the vampires who suddenly hate him; which give him a lot more room to want to actually want to get involved with territory disputes. Plus it'd be a nice welcoming gift to East End. Though that would involve moving sooner rather than midmonth and I'm not sure how that works with your plans.
