So Cooper here is going to be quite invested in finding Alex and dragging her butt into the Night Council, since he encountered her the night that Millicent was killed, but failed to bring her in. It's not about the money, more about his hurt pride and loyalty to Islington.

He's going to need some help in looking for her and I'd love for him to encounter those who are willing to hinder him by keeping her safe. Whether he succeeds in his quest to bring her in is something that I leave mostly up to Em, since it's their character on the line.
