DID SOMEBODY SAY 'KIDS IN TROUBLE'?!

Welcome to Bioshock, where adults do terrible things to children, and socially stunted people stop them.

Elizabeth goes on a site visit with one of her classes to the Fontaine School for Young Women, as an example of what 'good infrastructure design' looks like. Foot traffic in the school is intriguingly organized and hardly anyone is ever late to class-- things that are attributed to the clever layout of classrooms and offices.

But anybody with any understanding of the supernatural can see that these girls are under the influence of mind control, and Elizabeth spots it after spending barely twenty minutes in the building. But who is the source? How can she get them to stop? She needs backup.

The headteacher, Mr. Ezra Kowalski, is to blame for the eerie amount of order the girls at the school display. He's a metahuman with a talent for puppetry and mind-control, recently given his gifts, which are causing some rather unfortunate physical side-effects... The only way to free the girls from his control, in Elizabeth's opinion, is to encourage him to step down and leave town (she's less forgiving when the target of magical trickery happens to be children, apparently...). Mr. Kowalski, however, wants his tenure without a fuss.

I'm thinking three stages to this particular plot: another infiltration to discern who exactly is using their magical influence on the girls, her efforts to gather support to face Kowalski, and a fairly intense fight at the school when Elizabeth and company confront him-- probably featuring attempts at mind-control (MAYBE FIREARMS...?). Who wants in? 83
