Here at the Undergrounds he's a Prefect at the Redbright Institute. He was born and raised in London, with parents that were far, far too busy to keep an eye on him. So what did he do? He joined a gang. And then when he got older he realized he had the power of extremely limited time manipulation, which he abuses to no end.

Hey, I'm Lauren and I play Elsa from Frozen. She's a meta human who graduated from Redbright and now works there as a teaching assistant/graduate student. Since Ekko's also a meta at Redbright, I was thinking of tagging your intro post, but I wanted to ask first if you were ok with any type of handwaved CR, even something basic like they know each other by name, not well. Or maybe he could be a student in one of the classes she TAs for. Let me know if that sounds like something you'd like, or if you'd rather they just meet for the first time instead.

It makes sense if they already know each other. Ekko's been at the Institute for two years already. He's probably in one of the classes, depending on what she TAs for.

I never really established what she TAs for. I should do that, probably. But if you want we can go with her just knowing him as a student and prefect.
