This is Ekko from the popular MOBA game League of Legends.

Here at the Undergrounds he's a Prefect at the Redbright Institute. He was born and raised in London, with parents that were far, far too busy to keep an eye on him. So what did he do? He joined a gang. And then when he got older he realized he had the power of extremely limited time manipulation, which he abuses to no end.

Hi Mizu! Welcome to the game!

I'm Melly and I only have one girl in the game at the moment -- Clara Seville (warmheartedly) who is a ghost since the 1990s. She also happens to be part of Redbright faction too since she's a ghostly security guard there. I can see them crossing paths now and then since he's a perfect!

Oh that'll be great! But I'm so sorry for that then since running into (aka through) Clara means getting the sensation of having ice dumped down on you. She doesn't mean to do that but it seems to be how she gets people's attention most of the time. /o\
